Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The full financial statements, from which these abbreviated accounts have been extracted, have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Other accounting policies
The immediate parent company is International Travel connections Limited and the ultimate parent company is ITC Luxury Travel Group limited. There is no ultimate controlling party.

Group accounts for ITC Luxury Travel Group Limitd can be obtained from Concorde House, 6 Canal Street, Chester, CH1 4EJ.
